The two Popular television host, Nana Ama Mcbrown and Deloris Frimpong Manso, also known as “Delay”, have picked their flagship prize in the third Verna Ghana Outstanding Women Awards (GOWA).
Nana Ama Mcbrown, the veteran actress and the host that hosts one of the biggest showbiz show in Ghana, “United Showbiz” and also hosts the “Mcbrown’s Show”, which is all about a cooking show that gets to interview the celebrities on the show.
Delay is also a veteran host, that have been hosting the “Delay Show” over decade now. She really knows what she is doing and all means business.
Nana Ama Mcbrown received the honour of outstanding Brand Influencer at the event. The hard working brand ambassador was very elated has she mounted the podium to show appreciation. This is what she said.
“There is a saying that to whom much is given much is expected, it means that I have been tasked to do more to push myself and keep inspiring women that it doesn’t matter where you are coming from, your looks, it doesn’t matter your educational background. I never went to school to any level and dropped out. The product i sell, i sell them to you and you buy them, so that’s why most of the time I endorse good and real products for you“.
Deloris Frimpong Manso also received the outstanding woman award that night. For her hard work and due diligence, she deserves it.
They both later thanked God, their fans and all who have supported them from the very first day. And Nana Ama told the crowd gather that she is so grateful to God that, she is endorsing more than seven companies and Delay also did same respectively at different times.
