40-YEAR-OLD SAMINI HAS BEEN ELECTED AS THE “SRC PRESIDENT” OF GIMPA.

Emmanuel Andrews Sammini well known in the Ghana music industry and the media space as Samini, formerly as Batman Samini has currently been elected as the SRC President of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Samini was born on 22nd December, 1981 in Accra, Ghana. He is a Ghanaian Reggae and Dance hall recording artiste from Wa, Ghana. His genre of music is a melodious mixture of high life, dance hall, reggae and hip-hop. He terms his brand of music as the “African dance hall.” He signed his first record deal with Ashanti International. Samini started his record label after he left the aforementioned label.

He being elected as the SRC President did not come as a surprise to many Ghanaians and his hard die fans because, he posted on his Instagram well page some few weeks ago of him being in school (university) as he got ready with his group members for their presentation which he was the lead speaker.

Samini has released seven studio albums, with all being highly successful and a hit on the commercial market. Samini’s success and recognition began when his first single, Linda, was released and subsequently appearing on other successful singles by other artists.

The legendary of Ghana music, as most people prefer to cal him, is pursuing his degree at the school, GIMPA. Aside his love for music which has flourished over the years and still doing, the matured musician found education as an instrument to not only shape his music career life, but to better his life as a whole.

On 13 December 2018, Samini was en-skinned as a Chief in his home town. The title given to him by the WaNaa (Paramount Chief of Wa) is `Pebilii Naa,’ which means `King of the Rocks’ in Wa.

Genuine lovers and real fans of the musician hail him and Congratulate him on social media as he has taken the bold step to go back to school, for also becoming the new SRC President of his school.
