It is the desire of most if not all youth to be mentored or coached by someone in the field they seek to thrive in and fulfil destiny. It is for this very reason the MD Foundation and the Youth Mastering Summit have come to be and stay. The creation of the MD Foundation and Youth Mastering Summit was inspired by the founder’s real-life story and desire to create an enabling environment and change the narrative of the modern youth.
The founder, Miss Mabel Darlington believes that, “Most of the youth tend to find it very difficult to stand firmly in their fight for their future when challenges befall them. Some also end up destroying their lives in the most tragic of ways because they didn’t get the necessary support they needed. They end up apportioning blame to people whom they felt were supposed to have helped them but didn’t. This has left a chunk of the youth with nothing but shattered dreams.”
For this reason, the founder seeks to summon the youth and bring together seasoned motivational youth speakers who have gone through the same mill to speak and admonish these youth on how best they can master themselves in the midst of the challenges and achieve their individual dreams and become the best versions of themselves with or without any external help.
The founder and host of the summit, Miss Mabel Darlington, is a student and a passionate youth advocate.
The summit is power packed with seasoned youth speakers like Miss Stephanie Nsiah, who is the CEO of Dechbeddings, a motivational speaker and also the founder of Binspired Associates.
We also have Mr. Abraham Agyemang Mensah. He is an industrious teacher, a biomedical scientist, and a lab technician at the Tema Port hospital.
Our other speaker is the affable Mr. Daniel Nene Apodei. He is a motivational speaker from Prestom Ministry and doubles as the Greater Accra coordinator and the Greater Accra Rep of Koinonia Ghana.
The last speaker is a faithful servant of God; he is Pastor Frank Ofori Frimpong. He is also an ardent youth advisor.
The Summit is set to happen on the 13th of August, 2022 at Tema New Town, Ashamang (behind mozama road) from exactly 5pm.
