Barring any last-minute change of mind, the name of ace radio host, Adakabre Frimpong Manso would be submitted to the Electoral Commission as the running mate of the Ghana Freedom Party for the 2020 general elections.
Leader and founder of the party, Akua Donkor exclusively disclosed on Angel 102.9 FM evening news on Thursday, July 9, 2020 that she has settled on Adakabre as her running mate.
Radio host Adakabre Frimpong Manso says he accepted to be the running mate of the founder and leader of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Madam Akua Donkor because of her innovative socialist ideas.
He said many government policies such as the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy and the recent increase in the farm gate price for cocoa by 21% were first proposed to Ghanaians by the GFP flagbearer who he insists has been unfairly tagged as a comedian by a section of the public
He emphasized the need for a good communicator to couch the goodwill messages of Akua Donkor to the masses to win their trust and support.
