The Member of Parliament for the Ablekuma West constituency, who also doubles up as the minister for communication, Ursula Owusu Ekuful has paid a visit a Kofi Laing, popularly known as Kohwe in the past .
This is to record that, the MP is embarking on a project named ” Visiting the sick” in her constituency and Mr. Kofi Laing happens to be in that constituency.
The veteran actor really enjoyed himself serving us all some few years back. The minister and MP visited veteran Ghanaian actor, Mr. Kofi Laing popularly known as Kohwe as part of my visit to the sick. This is what she put on her Facebook wall
“Kohwe who lives in the Ablekuma West constituency tells me of his joy to have entertained Ghanaians back in the days and holds no regret quitting his job at the foreign affairs ministries in 1965 to do comedy”.
“I had a hearty conversation with the one time vibrant man. I assured him to hold on to life and be hopeful as some of us will continue to support and allow God to do his part”.
As she posted the pic with the caption on social media, her Facebook wall was awash with comments under her post, and one would say, ” You are trying to buy vote with your visits”.
