The meeting between Jorge Messi(Leo Messi Father) and Bartomeu(Barcelona President)has ended. The President said that he wants Messi to stay as he is a key figure in Koeman’s project. He will not negotiate for the player’s departure. Both sides will keep talking.
No agreement for a departure has been reached so far. Barcelona says that they will wait for him in training and aren’t going to sell the player. Jorge Messi refers to the burofax and conveys that Messi does not feel like a Barcelona player.
